Recruitment Assistant/Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Hotels Front Office Division

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant who has the desire to progress through our comprehensive training programme and evolve into a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, suppling temporary management and front office staff to hotels nationwide.


As well as providing a high level of service to both our clients and candidates, this role will include:

·         Developing and maintaining a client base through regular communication

·         Matching candidates to assignments

·         Negotiating rates

·         Carrying out telephone interviews with candidates

·         Checking references and eligibility to work documentation

·         Inputting information onto our database


This role requires someone who:

·         Works in a pro-active and organised manner

·         Is a natural and articulate communicator, with a strong work ethic

·         Is enthusiastic, ambitious and a team player

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.  You will also receive the ongoing support of our experienced consultants and management team, enabling you to develop and progress your career.
