PERMANENT CHEF DE PARTIE – 22K DOE +TIPS 2K APPROX - 2 ROSETTE – 3 RED STAR - 30 BEDROOMS – 90 COVER RESTAURANT – UNIQUE BOUTIQUE STYLE HOTEL

Our client is a 30 bedroom hotel with 2 rosette restaurant and private dining facilities looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team.

The duties will include:

  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef as required
  • Overseeing the junior members of the brigade, guiding and training as needed
  • Ensuring temperature checks are carried out, health and safety procedures are followed and ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy
  • Working on a section within the kitchen
  • Ensuring stock is correctly stored
  • Maintaining the equipment within the kitchen

Ideal candidates for the role:

  • Ideal candidates will have experience within high quality restaurants or hotels
  • You will have experience at CDP level
  • You will have sound experience cooking from scratch and using fresh ingredients

Situated just outside Bath the hotel is 3 star with unique features, in a picturesque setting with the wow factor.

The Chef de Partie will join a hotel which is set near the beautiful town of Bath and the Mendip Hills area of outstanding natural beauty.

The Chef de Partie will provide for a 90 cover restaurant, small private dining and conference facilities.

The Chef de Partie will be part of a restaurant which has 2 rosettes, which prides itself on fresh local produce.
