£7.75 per hour with live in accommodation

A family run group of restaurants across St Peter Port ranging from Gastro, Seafood and Italian

We are currently recruiting for Seasonal Waiting & Bar Staff to work for a family run business based on the beautiful island of Guernsey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous waiting or bar experience looking to work a holiday season in a picturesque environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the Restaurant Manager. Hands on experience is essential and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience is a must. The ideal candidate will be:-

•Able to greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

•Take orders for food and drink and ensure accuracy at all times

•Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely manner

•Fully conversant with the menu’s, their content and ingredients.

•Punctual, clean and of smart appearance at all times.

The successful candidates will receive:-

•A competitive monthly salary

•Live in accommodation – Single (£74pw) and Shared rooms (£50pw) available

•Meals are also available at £18pw

•The opportunity to work in a seasonal environment (March – End October)
