PERMANENT JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – £25,000 DOE - 2 ROSETTES – 3 RED STAR - 31 BEDROOMS – 95 COVER RESTAURANT – UNIQUE BOUTIQUE STYLE HOTEL

Towngate Personnel are excited to be recruiting for a unique 31 bedroom hotel in the New Forest.

The property is nestled in the small village of Brockenhurst, inside a beautiful national park with nearby rail links.

The Junior Sous Chef will help cater for the 95 cover restaurant and small private dining and conference facilities. The restaurant boasts two rosettes with a seasonal menu, using fresh produce from the hotel’s kitchen garden.

The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity will have experience in a similar environment; working in high quality restaurants and be eager to learn and develop their skills. They must also be able to keep calm when working under pressure.

Duties will include:

·Section ordering

·Maintaining high health and safety standards

·Producing / maintaining company standards

·Preparation and presentation

·Supporting all main kitchen operations

·Setting up their section, organising all mise-en place
