**COMMIS CHEF – To £18,000  - 4 STAR HOTEL – STUNNING LOCATION – 2 ROSETTES – STRAIGHT SHIFTS – 45 HOUR AVERAGE WORKING WEEK - 84 BEDROOMS - LIVE-IN ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE **

Located in the beautiful Hertfordshire Countryside, Towngate Personnel are proud to be recruiting for this stunning four star hotel.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join this close-knit team of eight chefs.

The hotel boasts an award winning 2 rosette restaurant which serves up to 80 covers. The menu showcases contemporary dishes using the finest and freshest ingredients that are locally sourced where possible.

Due to its idyllic location and beautifully landscaped parkland, the hotel is an ideal wedding destination.

The successful Commis Chef will help cater for all of the hotel’s outlets so must be keen and eager to develop their culinary skills in all areas.

The hotel is little more than an hour away from central London and has excellent public transport links.

Typical duties include:

·Working in an organised and hygienic manner.

·Preparing, cooking and presenting foods for all outlets.

·Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

·Food storage.
