Towngate is currently working with this charming country house hotel, with around 20 bedrooms and set within an enchanting village near Dorchester. It is surrounded by miles of beautiful countryside and is part of a family-owned collection of hotels . It is renowned for impeccable service and generous hospitality and has a reputation for exceptional dining!

The restaurant boasts multiple rosettes and is fuelled by an abundance of superb local ingredients, some of which are grown in their stunning gardens. It serves traditional English dishes tempered with a twist of modern European.

 

The successful Pastry Chef will lead, support and develop a small talented team of 3 chefs and will be passionate, driven and creative. You must be a team-player and motivator and have a general willingness to achieve and succeed. With a multiple of opportunities, this role would suit someone ready to move forward and progress in their career.
