PERMANENT CHEF DE PARTIE – £23,800 DOE - 2 ROSETTE COUNTRY HOUSE HOTEL – 17 BEDROOMS – 46 COVER RESTAURANT - LIVE IN ACCOMMODATION

CLOSES FOR 6 WEEKS OVER XMAS AND NEW YEAR

This historical country house hotel, located in an iconic spot above a picturesque bay and with incredible views over Scotland’s most famous Lake; Loch Ness is currently seeking a Chef de Partie to support their kitchen.

The hotel is part of a high acclaimed collection of luxury hotels based across Scotland and the Caribbean and has reputation for its high standard and attention to detail. This hotel has 17 bedrooms and a restaurant which prides itself on its high quality Scottish cuisine using the finest ingredients and locally sourced produce that is prepared fresh every day.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking for further development as the successful candidate will work one to one with the award winning Head Chef, gaining experience of running a 2AA rosette kitchen along with menu development and planning. The Chef de Partie will also be expected to run the kitchen 2 days a week during the Head Chef’s Days off.

The ideal candidate will:

·Have experience in a similar environment, ideally in a rosette standard kitchen

·Be dedicated and organised with a passion for producing exciting dishes

·Have attention to detail and be able to demonstrate culinary expertise

·Enhance the overall dining experience for their customers
