PERMANENT PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE – £22,500 DOE - 2 ROSETTES – 3 RED STAR - 30 BEDROOMS – UNIQUE BOUTIQUE STYLE HOTEL

A Pastry Chef de Partie is required to help support the kitchen team in this unique, award winning boutique hotel, which is perfectly nestled between Bath and Bristol.

The hotel’s restaurant boasts two rosettes with a seasonal menu that’s influenced by the fresh produce from the hotel’s kitchen garden and local area. In addition the property has small private dining and conference facilities.

The ideal candidate for this challenging but rewarding opportunity will be passionate and enthusiastic about modern British food, have good people management skills, will be organised and will have experience in a similar environment; ideally at rosette level be able to keep calm when working under pressure.

The ideal candidate will:

·Have pastry experience in a similar environment, ideally in a rosette standard kitchen

·Be dedicated and organised with a passion for producing good quality dishes
