This is a truly unique opportunity for a chef de partie to join a country house hotel with very high standard and steeped in history!!!

Our client - a 5 red star 3 rosette hotel that is situated in the beautiful Berkshire countryside is now looking for a chef de partie to join busy kitchen team.

The property has a long and proud history with links to major events and significant personalities. Its rooms have entertained such people as Winston Churchill and US Presidents to being a place of recuperation for Canadian troops back from the trenches. It has also been a place of scandal and intrigue!

The hotel has an award winning fine dining restaurant which holds 3 rosettes and a more informal brasserie restaurant which had a strong local following and from the hotels patrons. The banqueting facilities of the hotel can hold up to 300+ covers for weddings and banquets. The hotel is also looking to gain further rosettes!

The chef de partie will be part of a team of very motivated chefs who are always looking to advance their already very high standards and push for further awards.

The chef de partie will be working 5 says out of 7 and will be contacted to do 48 hours a week.

The right candidate for this exciting position must have a strong rosette back ground preferably at 2 rosette and higher level. The right candidate must also show longevity and advancement in there career.

This is the perfect role for someone who has a true love for food and a passion for creating dishes to a very high standard.
