- PERMANENT BANQUETING SENIOR SOUS CHEF – £36,000 DOE - 140+ BEDROOM HOTEL – 5 STARS - GREAT GROUP TO JOIN – WILL BE OVER SEEING A TEAM OF 4 -

Our client is a 5 star 140+ bedroom hotel which is located in the cosmopolitan city Oxford. The hotel is part of a well know hotel chain which is well known for its high standards and well-appointed hotels. They are now looking for a senior sous chef to over see the banqueting team.

The hotel has a very busy wedding and banqueting business which is capable of dealing with large numbers as well as bustling restaurant and steak house concept brasserie which is very popular both with the locals and the hotels patrons. The Restaurant its self is now pushing towards a high rosette level.

The senior sous chef will be over seeing the busy banqueting department of the kitchen team, the hotel has a very strong wedding and banqueting trade as well as corporate business as well. The banqueting is a very important park of the hotels catering aspect. The senior sous chef will be over seeing a team of ¾ chefs and will be reporting to the executive chef.

Our client is specifically looking for some one from a 4 or 5 star hotel background who has dealt with large banqueting numbers to a high standard. Our client is also looking for some one who shows longevity I there career path.
