PERMANENT CHEF DE PARTIE BRASSERIE – JERSEY – PAID HOURLY – APPROX £21.000 - 100+ BEDROOMS – 4 STAR – BRIGADE OF 11 –

Our client is a 4 star, 2 rosette 40+ bedroom hotel situated on the cosmopolitan channel island of Jersey.

They are now looking for a chef de partie to join the team in the hotels busy brasserie style restaurant.

The hotel is very well known on Jersey for its modern appearance coupled with its catering multi outlets. The hotel boasts a formal fine dining 2 rosette restaurant as well as more brasserie and café style aspects.

The chef de partie will be in the kitchen which supplies quality dishes to the hotels brasserie and grill restaurants which have a large following to both the Islands locals and also holiday makers alike. The produce used in the dishes is all fresh and sourced from the best suppliers the Islands offer.

The chef de partie will be under the leadership of a head chef with many years of experience working in quality high end establishments.

The chef de partie will be part of a growing team of 12.

There is great opportunities of advancement for the chef de partie within the hotel many catering outlets.

Live in accommodation is available with a weekly charge

The right candidate should have experience in a 4 star kitchen and worked in rosette establishments and show longevity in their CV.
