PERMANENT SENIOR SOUS CHEF – £30,000 -£34,000 DOE - 2 ROSETTES – 4 STAR – 50+ BEDROOMS –  FINE DINING RESTAURANT – BANQUETING – BRASSERIE – LEISURE CLUB -  LARGE QUALITY GROUP –  

Our client is a 140 bedroom, 2 rosette, 4 star hotel, situated In the Surrey countryside. They are now looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join and help lead the kitchen team.     

  

The hotel is part of a quality hotel group which boasts very high standards and a friendly atmosphere in all its properties.  All the companies’ properties are very individual with many boasting rosettes and red stars.

  

The hotel has a fine dining restaurant and a very strong banqueting/wedding trade, capable of dealing with numbers of over 100+ as well as a busy brasserie. 

  

The Senior Sous Chef will be working closely with The Head Chef to maintain the hotel's standards, as well as running a kitchen team of between 8 to 10 chefs.

The successful candidate for this exciting opportunity must have a strong background in banqueting and dealing with large numbers, as well as having worked in rosette establishments - preferably holding 2 rosettes. It is also important the candidate shows longevity in their career.
