PERMANENT JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – £26,000 PLUS TIPS – LARGE BANQUETING FACILITIES – 1 ROSETTE LEVEL HOTEL RESTAURANT – 120 PLUS BEDROOMS – 4 STARS – BUSY CLOSE-KNIT TEAM -

Our client is a 4-star, 1 rosette standard, 120+ bedroom corporate hotel situated just outside Windsor. They are now looking for a junior Sous Chef to join the busy kitchen team.

The hotel is positioned with in well-manicured grounds.The hotel also boasts a fine dining 1 rosette restaurant, bar area and a strong wedding and banqueting trade.

The junior sous chef will be part of a very close-knit team of 12 chefs who are lead by a head chef who is very passionate about his team and the hotel its self.

The hotel is part of a large corporate hotel chain with hotels both in the UK and overseas including hotels throughout Europe giving the Junior Sous Chef many opportunities for advancement within the company as a whole.

The right candidate should preferably come from a 4 star hotel back ground and worked at rosette level, it is also important for the right candidate to have experience with banqueting numbers of up to 300. There CV must also show advancement and longevity in there career.
