CHEF DE PARTIE – £23,000 DOE – BEAUTIFUL HOTEL AND GOLF COMPLEX – ROSETTE STANDARD RESTAURANT – BAR BRASSERIE - WEDDING FACILITIES – PART OF A SMALL GROUP -

Our client is a beautiful historic 50 bed hotel and golf complex situated between Bath and Bristol. They are now looking for a chef de partie to join the team.

The hotel has a number of food outlets including a historic vaulted dining room where fresh AA rosette standard food is served. Casual dining is offered in the bar and on the outside patio which is extremely popular with those using the golf facilities. In addition, the hotel is well known locally for its exceptional afternoon teas and their Sunday carvery.

Set in many acres of parkland the hotel is a popular wedding venue with several function rooms catering for between 40 and 130 guests.

You will be working closely with the head chef and sous chef to continue to push the hotel forward and will be hands on in the kitchen recruiting, leading, training inspiring and motivating the commis chefs under your guidance.

The hotel is part of a small group of high-quality country hotels with properties in both southern England and in Ireland.
