PERMANENT CHEF DE PARTIE - £23,000 DOE PLUS GRATUATIES – INDEPENDENT HOTEL GROUP – LIVE IN AVAILABLE – 58 BEDROOMS – WORKING WITH IN A TEAM OF 8 -    

 

 

Our client is a 58-bedroom, independent family-run hotel positioned in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. They are now looking for a chef de partie to join the team.

 

 

The property itself has been a hotel since the middle 1920s and since 1945, it has been run by the same family. 

 

 

The hotel prides itself for using the best local produce in its dishes and prides itelf on being one of the top rates 4 star hotels in the area.

 

 

The hotel has both a fine dining restaurant, bar/brasserie area and a very popular afternoon tea trade, all of which the chef de partie will be dealing with.

The chef de partie will be working with a kitchen team of 8 highly motivated and driven chefs who are always looking to advance their already high standards.

 

 

The right candidate for this position would have experience in a kitchen environment and also have the excitement and passion for this job
