PERMANENT CHEF DE PARTIE – BOUTIQUE HOTEL – 30+ BEDROOMS - RESTAURANT – 1 ROSSETTE - BRASSERIE AREA – SALARY £21,500 DOE–

Our client is a 4 star, 30+ bedroom boutique hotel positioned in the historical town of Burley in the New Forest. They are now looking for a chef de partie to join the busy team.

The hotel is also part of a well know New Forest based hotel chain with 5 other properties in the area. This gives the sous chef great future opportunities.

The chef de partie will use an abundance of fresh locally soused produce much of it coming from the New Forest its self.

The hotels main eateries are its fine dining restaurant and brasserie area. The hotel also has a busy wedding trade as well,

The right candidate should have a quality background and rosette experience in quality establishments. The candidate must also show longevity in their CV.

This position is perfect for someone who is a real foody and has a passion for what they do!
