Our 4* client is part of an international portfolio of hotels who require the assistance of an IMMEDIATE and EXPERIENCED Hotel Guest Relations Supervisor for an ongoing placement that could potentially lead to permanent for the right person
Various shifts including weekends/weekdays
MUST have Opera PMS
MUST be flexible to work shifts
Arabic speaking advantageous
As Guest Relations Supervisor your duties will include:
  • Meet, greet and direct Guests 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements
  • Supervise and guest the Guest Services team in their daily operation to assist guests requests, concerns and questions at the desk or on the phone
  • Making sure that all guest complaints are followed up on and solved in a timely manner
  • Provide Guest Services Training and daily or weekly team meetings
  • Document and conduct performance conversations focused on achievements, development and improvement opportunities
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the hotel and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate
  • Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Assist with other departments, as necessary
Requirements as Guest Relations Supervisor must include:
  • Minimum of 1 year Supervisory experience within a Front Office environment (Hotel experience essential)
  • 4 or 5 star hotel background
  • Good command of English both written and verbally
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and coach staff
  • Ability to multi-task and evidence of strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-national team
  • MUST have Opera PMS
