ur hotel client who are conveniently located between Winchester and Southampton, just off the M3 at Jct 13 is in need of an experienced Night Receptionist starting late September to help support the Front Office team with nights 

Shifts x 11 straights

8 hours per shift

Accommodation provided throughout

MUST have Opera PMS systems experience

As Night Receptionist your duties will vary and include:

  • Responsible for greeting and checking in of guests, including processing of group arrivals
  • Check out early departures by using the OPERA system
  • Serve as main point of contact for guests 
  • Deal efficiently with any enquiries and complaints
  • Maintain up to date on all hotel products, pricing and services
  • Complete audit procedures as required
  • Relay any relevant feedback from guests and/or departments to the Reception Manager or DM
  • Complete fire and security walks
  • Assist with some Porter duties
This Night Reception role may suit someone who is perhaps on holidays and wants to earn some extra money or if you are immediate available with no other commitments including notice
