Our 4 star London client who are centrally located requires an IMMEDIATE and EXPERIENCED Hotel Administrator who can support within the Reservations department for approximately 2 months or possibly longer

This role would suit a friendly, bubbly person who is able to keep calm under pressure, be confident, organised and maintain high levels of customer service at all times

Excellent attention to detail 
Exceptional telephone manner
Opera PMS essential - S&C advantageous
Office hours Monday to Friday

As Hotel Administrator your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Provide excellent administration service to all customers and booking agents 
  • Take incoming calls and will assist with customer queries
  • General office administration
We are looking for an Hotel Administrator who also has an excellent telephone manner and confident to be on the phone. Ideally someone with experience from a Hotel Front Office, Reservations or M&E background and within the London market (but not essential).
