Our 4 star Hotel client who are located in a quiet location, on the shores of Loch Ard now need some IMMEDIATE and TEMPORARY Reception support on an ongoing basis which could lead to permanent for the right person
 
Mix of Staff / Hotel Accommodation can be provided
Full time Hours
MUST have Opera PMS experience
 
As Receptionist your duties will consist of the following: 
  • Ensuring a warm, welcoming reception for guests upon arrival
  • Engaging with residents
  • Operating the switchboard
  • Covering reception shifts and breaks as required 
  • Advising about the local area, local events, attractions, sightseeing and cultural events.
  • Providing directions and assistance with reading maps, timetables, etc.
  • Receiving payments from guests
  • Problem solving including minor maintenance tasks
  • Taking feedback from the customers/guests
  • Handling and movement of guest luggage as required
  • General administrative duties as required (Daily financial reporting including invoicing, filing, cash handling & inventory management)
As Receptionist you must have a minimum of 12 months Hotel and Opera PMS experience, be immediately available with no prior commitments including holidays or notice and able to commit to a minimum of 4 weeks, or possibly longer. If you are that person, please send your CV today
