Our Hotel client is seeking an immediate and experienced Front Office Duty Manager to start in April for an ongoing placement

You will be responsible for supporting the Front Office Management, so the client is ideally looking for a Duty Manager who has previously worked as a Reception Manager or Head Receptionist within a 4* Hotel for a minimum of 12 months

As Duty Manager your duties & skills will include:

  • Ideal candidate must be someone who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service within the Front Office
  • Ideally have a good understanding of all hotel departments including Front Office, F&B and Operations
  • Must have OPERA PMS experience
  • Have the ability to lead, multi-task and make sound decisions in a fast paced environment
  • Ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery
  • Fire & Safety training
