NIGHT SUPERVISOR - 3 WEEKS WORK + - LEATHERHEAD HOTEL - FROM £10.00 P/H
 
Our Hotel client who are based in the Surrey area are looking for an experienced and IMMEDIATE Night Supervisor to join the Front Office team starting this month for approximately 2 – 3 weeks but possibly longer
 
Hours 11pm to 7am
4 on / 4 off shift basis
Ideally have Rezlynx/Guestline experience
Local Person or Car Driver required
 
As Night Supervisor your duties will include:
 
• Supporting the night manager to lead, inspire, train and motivate the night team.
• Responsible for the reception desk, room service, public area cleaning and function room set ups
• Delivering a high standard of service to guests while supervising the night team and ensuring everything is completed according to company policy.
• Handling enquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Night Audit and Check ins and outs ensuring maximum revenue is obtained for all room sales.
• Be fully aware of and comply with statutory requirements regarding the work place, such as Health and Safety, fire prevention, licencing and employment law.
• Liaise with all other department on a day to day basis.
 
As Night Supervisor you must have:
 
• Ideally have Rezlynx/Guestline experience
• Good Communication
• Excellent customer service background
• Minimum of 12 months Night Supervisory or Management experience
• Flexible to cover 4 on/4 off per week
