Our client is part of an international group of hotels who are a short drive from Gatwick airport and close by to Lingfield railway station. The Hotel’s Spa & Leisure club offers guests the perfect opportunity to unwind with start of the art treatment rooms and varied packages

As Spa Receptionist will provide exceptional service to spa visitors and guests, booking treatments, maintaining records and welcoming clients, prioritising product knowledge and customer care towards revenue maximisations as well as repeat business

As Spa Receptionist your main duties will include:

  • Providing a warm welcome to all spa visitors and guests – first point of contact
  • Dealing with all enquiries and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring all email, calls and faxes are dealt with in a friendly, efficient and professional manner and take bookings & reservations
  • Helping to promote all treatments and promotions on offer
  • During shift to regularly be aware of presentation and cleanliness, emptying bins and tidy towels etc.
  • Ensuring all product and equipment is used in a safe and proper manner
  • Complying with all Health & safety procedures associated with the department at all times
  • Carrying out any other tasks as requested by the Supervisor, Spa Manager and Operations

Spa Receptionist requirements:

  • Ideally have experience of working in a spa setting or similar quality establishment
  • MUST be flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays – 40 hour week
  • Pool plant & life guard trained would be advantageous
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Self - motivated
