Our client is part of an international group of hotels who are a short drive from Gatwick airport and close by to Lingfield railway station. The Hotel’s Spa & Leisure club offers guests the perfect opportunity to unwind with start of the art treatment rooms and varied packages

A Beauty Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing outstanding treatments with personal attention to each guests to ensure their well-being as well as offering product knowledge and customer care to maximise on revenue plus repeat business

Elemis Trained

NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualified

Accommodation is possible

Full Time Hours preferred but PT could be offered

As a Spa Therapist your main duties will include:

  • Carrying out required treatments to the highest of standards
  • Working within time restrictions whilst client care is practised
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times
  • You will have an excellent understanding of product knowledge in order to up-sell products whilst educating your client
  • Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms are always at high standards
  • Replenishing towels in treatment rooms
  • You should be flexible to help colleagues in other areas of the Spa

Skills required for the Spa Therapist position include:

  • MUST have relevant NVQ level 2 or 3 qualifications
  • HAVE at least 12 months experience within a 4* or 5* Hotel Spa
  • MUST be flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays – 40 hour week (Part – time hours can be offered too)
  • ELEMIS trained or willingness to gain Elemis certification
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, attention to detail and be self - motivated
