PERMANENT CHEF DE PARTIE – £22,500 DOE - 2 ROSETTES – 3 RED STAR - 23 BEDROOMS – 70 COVER RESTAURANT – STUNNING UNIQUE BOUTIQUE STYLE HOTEL

Located just above the beautiful Studland Bay Beach, this unique contemporary country house hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

The hotel has 23 bedrooms, private dining facilities and a 2 rosette restaurant which prides itself on its seasonal menu using fresh local produce; much of which is sourced from the hotel’s kitchen garden.

This is an exciting opportunity and the right candidate will have experience in a similar environment; cooking from fresh ingredients, ideally at rosette level. They must also be able to keep calm when working under pressure, be dedicated, organised and have a real passion for producing good quality dishes.
