Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Division

 

Towngate Personnel are one of the UK’s leading independent recruitment companies, specialising in the hospitality and catering industry for over 30 years. We are looking for highly motivated and driven individuals to join our ‘perms team’ - supplying staff to establishments up and down the country!  If you have previous experience in recruitment, have a sales background or would like to begin a rewarding career within our industry, we’d love to hear from you!

 

As well as offering a high level of service to both our clients and candidates, duties include:

·         Developing and maintaining a client base through regular communication

·         Matching candidates to client role specifications

·         Negotiating rates

·         Telephone interviewing candidates

·         Checking references and eligibility to work documentation

·         Inputting information to our database

 

This role requires someone who:

·         Works in a pro-active and organised manner

·         Is a natural and articulate communicator, with a strong work ethic

·         Is enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated and a team player

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.  You will also receive the ongoing support of our experienced consultants and management team, enabling you to develop and progress your career.
