ASSISTANT MANAGERS REQUIRED – HERTFORDSHIRE AREA - UP TO £22,000 + LIVE IN - WELL ESTABLISHED, INDEPENDENT PUB GROUP

I’m currently looking to speak to brilliant assistant managers for a quality branded group with a variety of pubs across the Home Counties areas.

These pubs are known for quality beers, delicious food and a menu that offers something for everyone in warm and homely surroundings. The focus is on rotisserie chicken and grills, but they also offer a selection of favourites including pies, bangers and a range of sharing plates.

This is an excellent opportunity for assistant managers to progress within a company and build your career within a well-established family run group with bags of history and heritage.

As the Assistant Manager you will form part of the site management team and support the General Manager with the day to day management of the venue. You will:

  • Assist with the day to day running of the business
  • Organise the Front of House team
  • Implement and ensure that company standards are maintained
  • Greet guests and handle any issues that arise
  • Train and develop the team members
  • Cover both Bar and Restaurant areas, ensuring guests receive quick, efficient and professional service
  • Engage with team members and guests to ensure that everyone enjoys their time at the site
