INDEPENDENT LUXURY GASTROPUB WITH ROOMS– DEPUTY MANAGER REQUIRED–UPTO £30K + TIPS (APPROX £100 A WEEK) – HUNGERFORD, BERKSHIRE - EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY

I’m looking to speak to experienced, fun and enthusiastic deputy managers for a stunning independent gastropub with rooms in Hungerford Berkshire.

This full service destination pub with rooms, offers quality fresh British cuisine, with a monthly changing menu, using only the finest local seasonal ingredients and a good selection of beers, wines and spirits (including over 30 whiskies).

Located in Hungerford, Berkshire this site has an excellent all week business, with high-room occupancy and an average trade of 40k (inclusive) favouring the food side of the business. The pub also shows live sports, has a garden and live music on long weekends, offering elements to please both locals and visitors alike. The site also offers a selection of beautifully decorated en-suite rooms offering home from home comforts and an abundance of luxuries.

The ideal deputy manager will have a wealth of experience in high volume busy premium venues and an excellent know of food and beverage. This site has recently opened a private dining room, so experience in this sector would be favourable also. You’ll be a master of numbers, as hands-on as you are office trained, and know how to train and manage a big team.

For your efforts you’ll be paid a salary of up to 30k + tips (of approx. £100 a week) and have the chance to grow within this emerging group.
