We are currently recruiting for quality seafood restaurant as they look to take on a service focused assistant manager who cares about food, wine and good service.

This role would suit a very strong assistant manager, or a good solid deputy manager as you will be expected to deputise for the general manager in their absence. You will also be responsible to ensure that the service, product and company live up to the company’s reputation and that customer service is delivered to an efficient and smooth manner.

The ideal candidate:

·Has an approachable, confident and positive manner

·Experience in assisting a general manager in all aspects of financials

·Experience in recruiting and training of staff

·Experience in stock ordering and stock taking

·Experience leading by example and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer service

·Great knowledge of food and wine

·Looks the part, is smiley and willing to take ownership
