CAFÉ TEAM LEADER REQUIRED – CHIPPING NORTON, OXFORDSHIRE – PREMIUM FARMSHOP RESTAURANT - £8.50 AN HOUR + TRONC – MUST DRIVE DUE TO LOCATION – EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY

I’m looking to speak to passionate full time team leaders for a premium farm shop restaurant just outside Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.

As a team leader you’ll be a pro at delivering amazing customer service, sharing a love and passion for quality food with our customers and be an energetic person with lots of confidence and fantastic English skills.

This role requires tonnes of energy and a bucketful of confidence, as you work in a very fast paced but fun environment, as a vital cog in a supportive team. You’ll ideally have experience working in a fast paced restaurant/hospitality environment. You will be leading shifts from a few weeks in and will supervise with the training and supervision of café team members.

You’ll be confident talking to customers about the farm, its produce and show a passion and understanding of the food and flavours.

This is a rare opportunity to work in a beautiful setting, with a genuine chance to progress in your hospitality career and learn about farming at the same time.

Please note due to the location of this site, your own transport is essential.
