I’m keen to speak to quality deputy managers for a stylish fresh food based restaurant and bar based near Chester, Cheshire for this brewery owned site.

This pub located in a stunning village near Chester, offers excellent quality freshly prepared pub food, including an excellent selection of fresh, with a choice of lounge or a more formal restaurant. This pub also has a large al-fresco dining area, and is popular with dog walkers, ramblers and is also a destination pub for those seeking a quality meal.

As the deputy manager of this site you will be knowledgeable about the products, be the leader of the front of house team and have a genuine passion for food and drink. You’ll be expected to step-up and cover in the manager’s absence, you’ll also be involved in marketing and social media drives as well.

The ideal deputy manager will have experience at duty/assistant manager level and be looking to take a step-up or be an existing deputy. The desire to learn, progress and lead are essential. Due to this being a brewery owned site, a knowledge of real ale is desirable. You’ll also lead from the front, have excellent standards, integrity and have an excellent understanding of the financials.

In return for your efforts you’ll be rewarded a salary of up to 23K + Benefits including 50% discount on food in this groups pubs, a company pension and comprehensive training plans.
