Quality Independent Gastropub Group

I’m looking to speak to quality fresh food experienced assistant managers for small gastropub company with sites across Middlesex and Surrey as they look to take on new talent, to join their hugely successful company.

The ideal assistant managers for this group will have high level fresh food experience in an assistant manager role (managing trades of 30K+) and also have experience in a full service restaurant setting.

This group is renowned for quality fresh food in beautiful surroundings with a group of pubs across Surrey and Middlesex. The good quality pub food is matched by excellent service, with a focus on ensuring the locals coming in for drinks get the personal touch, whilst visitors have a memorable experience also. The pubs all include a full service restaurant element complimented by a lively informal drinks/bar area.

The ideal assistant manager will be articulate, driven, switched on and have their eyes on genuine career progression. You’ll have an excellent knowledge of financials, have experience in ordering, recruitment and training and be a real personality who loves to interact with guests and lead from the front.

In return for your efforts you’ll be rewarded an salary package of up to 32K (a salary of up to 24K + up to 2K bonus – Up to 6K Tronc) , alongside an excellent benefits package.

We value all applications, however due to the volume of response we are currently receiving, we are only able to contact candidates whose skills and experience closely match the requirements of our clients.
