Operations Manager – Southend, Essex - 4 Star Branded Hotel - Up to 38K + Benefits + Temporary Live-In For Relocating Candidates

I’m keen to speak experienced operations manager to join a quality 4 star branded property in the heart of Southend, Essex.

This unique and modern hotel has over 120 rooms, a busy functions side, and a stunning sky bar and restaurant offering jaw-dropping views across the countryside.

As an operations manager for this property you will ensure this hotel has all departments

running like clockwork and ensure the staff deliver an exemplary level of customer service. Your main focus will be rooms, reception, conferences and the F&B department, so a good level of knowledge in all these areas is desirable.

Alongside your normal duties, you’ll be expected to:

·Step-up in the absence of the GM to cover managing the property

·Assist with the recruitment and induction of management and team members

·Have a keen-eye on the hotel industry as a whole and ensure you are always one step ahead of the competitor

·Have a good understanding of revenue management

·Have excellent experience of Conferences and events

·Have exposure to Opera, and excellent excel skills

Temporary live-in is also available for the first few weeks for candidates who are looking to relocate.
