Food & Beverage Manager – Southend, Essex - 4 Star Branded Hotel - Up to 27K (Negotiable) + Benefits + Temporary Live-In For Relocating Candidates

I’m keen to speak quality food and beverage managers to join a quality 4 star branded property in the heart of Southend, Essex.

This unique and modern hotel has over 120 rooms, a busy functions side, and a stunning sky bar and restaurant offering jaw-dropping views across the countryside. As the F& B manager you’ll primarily be responsible for the sky bar and heading up the hotel’s conference and events function.

To excel in this position you’ll ideally have 2 years proven management experience, and my client would consider an assistant manager from a high street brand for this role. You’ll be a whizz at customer service, training, maximising sales, and driving team standards across your department.

As the food and beverage manager you’ll be very hands on, people driven and happy to lead from the front. You’ll be as strong in people management, as you are in the financials and be a genuine face of the restaurant side of this role. Going the extra mile is paramount to achieve service standards in this hotel, as is the ability to work to KPIs and work under pressure.

As a reward for your efforts you’ll be joining an award-winning company who offers a host of attractive benefits, alongside an excellent salary of up to £27,000 (this is negotiable for an outstanding candidate)

Temporary live-in is also available for the first few weeks for candidates who are looking to relocate.
