GENERAL MANAGER REQUIRED – HATFIELD, HERTFORDSHIRE- EXCELLENT SALARY (DOE) + BONUS + LIVE IN – WELL ESTABLISHED PUB GROUP

I’m looking to speak to experienced general managers for a quality branded pub group with a variety of pubs across the Hertfordshire and London area.

These pubs are known for quality beers, delicious food and a menu that offers something for everyone in warm and homely surroundings.  The focus is on rotisserie chicken and grills, but they also offer a selection of favourites including pies, bangers and a range of sharing plates.

The pub offers a traditional pub bar alongside a full service restaurant, frequented by a great mix of professionals, casual diners, birth celebrations and a host of others.

The ideal candidate will be a strong personality, with an ability to manage a lively public bar trade, yet similarly woo the needs of the restaurant customers. You’ll also be passionate about growing sales, and get out into the community to pinpoint missed sales opportunities.  Due to the more challenging nature of this role, this would not suit a first time appointment.

In return for your efforts, you’ll be paid an attractive salary of up to £38k + a bonus and a quality three-bed live-In.

We value all applications, however due to the volume of response we are currently receiving, we are only able to contact candidates whose skills and experience closely match the requirements of our clients.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.

In line with the requirements of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 Towngate Personnel are prohibited from charging work-seekers for work finding services.
