I’m looking to speak to experienced general managers for an exciting gastro-pub based in a stunning location, in Barnet, North London.  This pub group has beautiful sites all over the country and has the luxury of doing their own thing, whilst having the security blanket of a major player in the branded restaurant sector.

This site, in a lovely North London location, has the bar at the heart of it, and is the hub of all the activity.  This site has quality old furniture, prints adorning the walls, rugs, books, and log fires, giving it that really classic feel. This pub is also lucky enough to offer a sun trapped garden away from the hustle and bustle of life!

You’ll be given a high degree of independence, and will be able to put your creative spark on the pub and take advantage of the wealth of autonomy you are given.  The ideal general manager is food mad, has an excellent knowledge of wine and beer to match (it helps if you know about Whiskey too) and is passionate about ensuring customers are given the highest quality service.

You’ll be innovative, entrepreneurial, and financially astute and love nothing more than a busy pub full of happy customers. Experience of high volume management in a fresh food environment is preferred, as is experience in creating wine and beer lists. You’ll have the opportunity to run your own events, help develop the menu, and nurture this business from day one.

For your efforts you’ll be offered an excellent salary of up to 37k, an excellent benefits package and free high-quality manager’s accommodation.
