GENERAL MANAGER WANTED

ORPINGTON, BROMLEY

UP TO £45,000 + BONUS

AWARD-WINNING PUB/RESTAURANT GROUP

I’m keen to speak to superstar general managers for a quality site in Orpington, Bromley, that I’m currently working on for a renowned group.

This pub offers an enticing mix of traditional homely British pub surroundings, with comfy sofas, a spacious bar, and traditional ales, complimented by a restaurant area serving plates of traditional French cuisine with a modern twist.   All ingredients used are fresh, seasonal and each meal is cooked to order.

As general manager of this property you will lead from the front, have a genuine presence and a warming infectious personality and excellent leadership skills. You will have demonstrable experience in delivering business growth, budgets and all aspects of P&L. You’ll have a love for fresh food, a great understanding of beverage and have experience in running busy operations.

This group is headed up by a household name from the culinary world, and the group offers a range of casual and more formal dining options across the UK.  This group is growing and offer genuine opportunity for progression within the business, as well as a good level of autonomy within the site you run.

In exchange for your efforts you’ll be offered an excellent salary of up to £45,000 + bonus scheme, alongside a variety of benefits including 50% off at any of the group’s sites, private health scheme and more.

We value all applications, however due to the volume of response we are currently receiving, we are only able to contact candidates whose skills and experience closely match the requirements of our clients.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.
