Each site is unique in its design and the management team have the freedom to influence menus, specials and promotions.


Sites vary in terms of size, structure and turnover, ranging from £12k per week to £50k per week sites.


The Site:


Located in a charming quintessentially English village, this pub oozes all the traditional charm and warmth you’d expect for a pub of its kind.  It’s the idea location to catch-up with friends and enjoy a drink or two on a sunny day as you watch the world go by.


This pub offers roaring log fires, a delightful beer garden, classic food and an enviable wine list.


Who are we looking for:


This company believe that at the heart of any successful pub is the team that run it.  You can have the best looking site but without a friendly and service focussed team the pub is just a building.


At the heart of every good team is an excellent people focussed manager and this is what we look for.  As a manager for this pub you will be:


  • Customer / Guest focussed, ensuring that whoever visits the venue is given the highest level of service
  • Somebody who has ideally worked in a fresh food environment
  • A firm but fair approach to staff management, motivating your team but ensuring that you run the team
  • A good knowledge of budgets and P&L accounts, as all successful managers know how to make a profit
  • Able to make decisions and stick to them. 
  • Community driven and able to fit in well with the locals
