I’m currently recruiting for an assistant manager in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire for a quality gastro pub group. 


Located in a charming quintessentially English village, this pub oozes all the traditional charm and warmth you’d expect for a pub of its kind.  It’s the idea location to catch-up with friends and enjoy a drink or two on a sunny day as you watch the world go by. This pub offers roaring log fires, a delightful beer garden, classic food and an enviable wine list.


This is one of the newest pubs within the estate, and is exceeding budgets, so would suit someone who loves a busy environment and is looking to reap the financial benefits.


The ideal assistant manager will have a real passion for food, have an excellent personality and be always looking for ways to improve the business and have their eyes firmly on becoming a general manager one day.  Experience within a busy fresh food environment is desirable, as is a ‘hands on’ attitude to work.


In return for your efforts you’ll receive a salary of up to £25,000 + excellent company benefits. This pub group offers genuine career progression, excellent salaries and a competitive bonus package, alongside benefits such as staff discounts, free food on shift and awards for long service.
