Quality Gastro Pub Group

I’m looking to speak to experienced deputy managers for a quality gastro pub group I’m currently recruiting for in Bath. As deputy manager you’ll be passionate about service, food and beverage, be articulate, and front facing and super friendly. Importantly, you’ll love a busy service and be confident in handling large numbers of customers.

My client is a young, vibrant and growing independent group with a handful of award winning pubs in the local area. The group pride themselves on quality service, a friendly atmosphere and excellent (in some cases accoladed) food!

As deputy manager at one of their pubs you’ll have experience in managing large teams, have a good working knowledge of P&L, have exemplary standards of customer service and be able to set the standard for the business.

As well as looking after customers, this small group also ensures staff are well looked after and ensures they get a great salary, alongside a multitude of benefits, making sure a work/life balance is in place.

In exchange for your efforts you will be paid a salary of £24,000 + be eligible for a bonus of £2,000 and an equal share of tips, which ca be a fairly sizable amount due to the size of the properties.

If you are interested in this position, please send your CV over to me today!
