PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE

UP TO £23K + 2K TRONC + SUPPORT WITH LIVE IN - 4 DAY WEEK

AWARD WINNING 3AA ROSETTE RESTAURANT

NEAR TENBY, PEMBROKESHIRE

SMALL HOTEL WITH QUALITY RESTAURANT

I have a really fantastic opportunity for a pastry Chef de Partie to join one of Wales’ leading small luxury hotels and restaurants in the stunning Pembrokeshire countrywide.

You will ideally have rosette/Michelin experience or experience working with high-quality, fresh produce. The restaurant utilises local produce where possible and also boasts a kitchen garden, working under an executive chef who has previously held a Michelin star in one of the UK’s best restaurants.

This property offers excellent hours as you’ll work 4 days on 3 days off, doing straight shifts, giving you consecutive days off wherever possible.

Achieving a Michelin star is very much on the cards, so it is a great place for someone driven, wanting to part of such an achievement.

As a Chef de Partie, you will receive:

  • A great salary of up to £23,000 per annum
  • A share of tronc (approx. £2K Tronc)
  • 3 Days off a week
  • Staff Discount at the property and sister properties
  • Assistance arranging accommodation

Ideally you will:

·Be able to drive/have your own transport, as the location is quite remote

·Have experience in a rosette/Michelin Star environment

We value all applications, however due to the volume of response we are currently receiving, we are only able to contact candidates whose skills and experience closely match the requirements of our clients.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.

In line with the requirements of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 Towngate Personnel are prohibited from charging work-seekers for work finding services.
