General Managers Wanted

North West England

Community Pub GMs to Fresh Food Sites

Brewery Owned Group

Salaries Up to 45K + Live-in available for some sites

I’m looking to speak to quality general managers to be considered for sites in the North West of England, for a brewery owned pub group I’m currently recruiting for.

Whether you run a community pub, a busy sports bar, a family focused pub or a more formal restaurant service style site, this group has pubs that suit all backgrounds.

General Managers in this group generally get excellent autonomy, all sites use fresh produce where possible, and you’ll lead a strong team from the front. Due to non-branded style of this group, you’ll have a strong creative flair to drive sales, be a whizz on social media and have a great hand on the financials. As this is a brewery owned group an understanding/ knowledge of ale is preferred also.

Salaries range depending on the size of the pub, takings etc, but salaries on some roles do go up to 45K + bonus, and some positions do offer live-in!

I’d be keen to take to candidates who are looking to make that move this year, to see if they could be a fit for the group!

We value all applications, however due to the volume of response we are currently receiving, we are only able to contact candidates whose skills and experience closely match the requirements of our clients.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.

In line with the requirements of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 Towngate Personnel are prohibited from charging work-seekers for work finding services.
