My client’s hotels are based at Gatwick Airport and are now looking to appoint a Cluster Night Manager to support the Front of House Manager with the smooth running of Reception and to ensure the hotel's high standards are maintained and improved upon.

 As Night Manager this role will be a fully hands-on role and you will work between the two properties which will be dictated by how busy each property is.

As Night Manager you will assist with the management and development of a small team to ensure standards are exceptional.

They are looking for a meticulously well-presented Night Manager who is guest and team focused. 

You will have a previous hotel reception experience with the drive and passion to succeed. You will have experience of working in a 4/5 star establishment and have a flexible approach to work. You will be rewarded with excellent training and development.

As Night Manager the role will involve:

 

  • Monitoring and supervising staff, ensuring that the hotel standards are maintained at all times
  • Directing night business and maintaining, reviewing and preparing the co – ordination of daily business
  • Overseeing all front office accounting and financial procedures, night team duties and business transactions
  • Updating booking confirmations and checking details and requirements
  • Updating reservations, inputting cancellations and amendments and making sure all booking are accurate.
  • Monitoring all aspects of the night audit
  • Ensuring that unparalleled service is provided to guests throughout the night
