Reception Manager-  Croydon Hotel - £24 000  -Meals on Duty

An exciting opportunity has become vacant for a Reception Manager who in customer orientated and focused on going that extra mile in order to create an unforgettable guest experience at this four-star hotel in Croydon.

As Reception Manager you must have experience in a similar role with experience at supervisory or managerial level.

 You must be self-motivated and be an inspirational leader, who believes in delivering the best possible standards in guest service, continually leading your team of by example. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills.

As Reception Manager your main duties will be:

 

  • Monitoring and supervising staff, ensuring that the hotel standards are maintained at all times
  • Overseeing all front office accounting and financial procedures, and business transactions
  • Updating booking confirmations and checking details and requirements
  • Updating reservations, inputting cancellations and amendments and making sure all booking are accurate.
  • Ensuring that unparalleled service is provided to guests throughout their stay

 

You will ideally have experience in Opera or Fidelio however this is not essential as full training will be given.
