Located close to the centre of Croydon our award winning 4 star Hotel client is looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to operate the day to day business as well as support the Management in promoting, achieving targets and budgets within the hotel

Duties of a Corporate Sales Manager will include:

  • Responsible for Sales & Marketing of all revenue streams within Reservations, F&B, Leisure and M&E
  • Manage a small team
  • Report directly to the General Manager
  • Completion of RFP’s and local agreed contracts
  • Acquire new and potential business leads
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings
  • Account Management
  • Networking in the local Market
  • Promote marketing within the department and maximise at every opportunity
  • Negotiate with suppliers, finding out key offers
  • Liaising with suppliers on telephone, fax, internet and websites, face to face communication, site visits while providing a consultative service to individual clients

The Ideal Corporate Sales Manager should have:

  • Previous Hotel Sales Management experience
  • Ability to implement a sales and marketing plan
  • Drive and motivate a team
  • Excellent understanding of GDS, 3rd party websites, yield, wholesales, Operators, Travel Agents, RFP’s, Consortia and the corporate airline market
  • Ideally have OPERA PMS experience
