My client isa hotel in the centre of Reading who are now looking for a experienced receptionist with a solid hotel background.

As receptionist you will join their existing team in delivering excellent customer service who will offer 100% service to their guests. The ideal receptionist will have a proven track record of working in a hotel on Reception.

As Receptionist you should be friendly, helpful and professional at all times. They are interested in an enthusiastic individual who prides themselves of excellent customer care and attention to detail.

As Receptionist you have the following skills 

  • Excellent people skills
  • Able to handle enquiries and experience of taking bookings face to face or by telephone
  • Pride in your work and excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work to a very high standard with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, use Spellchecker etc.
  • Very smart, presentable and professional appearance
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good communication skills and clear speaking voice
  • PC literate and it would also be preferable to have experience of a computerized booking system
  • Reliable and honest
