Our 4-star hotel client is part of a nationwide collection of hotels seeking an experienced

Sales Office Manager who will be responsible for the management all aspects of the Sales Office department reporting directly to the Director of Sales as well as

working in conjunction with the Regional Revenue Manager to set and deliver pricing,

revenue management strategies for rooms, conference and event space

As Sales Office Manager your skills and duties will include:

  • Attend weekly strategy meetings in order to support the hotels forecast delivery
  • Compile a financial forecast on a weekly basis for accommodation and event sales with the support from the team and in liaison with the General Manager
  • Compile and support with the production of the budget for accommodation and event sales lines in conjunction with the General manager
  • Conduct frequent competitor research to ensure the pricing and selling strategy reflects market demand and hotels competitive position
  • Carrying out sales appointments, researching enquiries and generating sales leads for the hotel
  • Host FAM trips, support the conversion of major enquiries and networking for potential new clients
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve the best results evertime

As Sales Office Manager you must have at least a minimum of 1 years supervisory or management experience in a large conference and accommodation property. Ideally local knowledge of the market and area would be advantageous but you must be passionate, energetic and totally sales focused
