Housekeeping Manager - £27,500 – Hampshire Location – Temporary Accommodation available

Our client is located along the beautiful Hampshire coast within the New Forest area and is a perfect destination for a family holiday, offering luxury self-catering accommodation and a leisure complex onsite.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the day to day management of the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards are met at all times with a keen eye for details and who thrives working in a busy environment

40 hours

5 days a week with some evenings

As Housekeeping Manager your duties will include:

  • Checking and monitoring of stock plus equipment including smoke detectors, RCD’s and fire extinguishers
  • Efficiently and effectively manage storage of all equipment
  • Recruiting
  • Preparing cost effective rotas
  • Analysing customer feedback
  • Setting and managing budgets
  • Preparing and presenting monthly reports

Requirements as Housekeeping Manager:

  • Proven experience in leading, managing and developing a large team
  • Previous Holiday Park experience would be advantageous
  • MUST hold a UK driving license
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressurised situations and busy periods

The ideal candidate will have previous Holiday Park experience but will consider a Housekeeping Manager from 100 bedroom plus property or worked with a large team of 20 plus.
