The exciting opportunity has become available for a Receptionist to join the friendly front of house team at this beautiful hotel in the Lake District

Main Receptionist duties will include:

·Meeting & Greeting guests upon arrival

·Performing check in and check out duties

·Answering the main telephone switchboard and assisting guest’s with enquires

·Taking reservations for both rooms and the restaurant via email and telephone

·Daily banking duties and taking payments

·Daily administration duties as required

In order to be considered for this Receptionist role you should have the following:

  • At least 1 years Reception experience
  • Experience using Hotel PMS System
  • You must be a guest focused individual who strives on providing excellent customer service
  • Smart and well presentable appearance
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
  • You are able to work in a professional manner, independently and within a team
