My client’s venue is a unique property in Central London that offer seven flexible event and meeting spaces that can support an array of clients from charities and local authorities through to corporate and international clients

As Meeting Coordinator you will be working as part of the team assisting in their busy meetings and events office, dealing with all aspects of administration to ensure the hotels budget is met.

 You will ensure the smooth running of Meeting&Events from initial enquiry through to final accounting providing a first-class standard of service.

As Meeting Coordinator you will have the following skills

  • An excellent telephone manner, with previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Good communication skills ensuring all clients needs are communicate throughout the venue
  • Proven track record of using computer systems
  • Ensure clients needs are meet and exceeded where possible
  • Conduct show –rounds to potential clients
  • Have a least 2 years experience in Meeting &Events role in a 3 or 4 star hotel
